The 3rd Year Anniversary Event was a success. The food from Healthy Kitchen was great, especially the salmon! Also it was nice seeing all of the members socializing and enjoying a night of celebration.

It’s time to celebrate another year of transformation and the 3rd anniversary of the F.I.T.T. PIT.
We have accomplished so much this past year, from adding a boxing program to seeing the F.I.T.T. PIT Fam grow beyond expectations. Many of you have been around from the beginning and some are new. This event is a great time for you to network and converse with each other. Also there will be free food and gift bags with fitness products.

Powering through a workout or even just getting the motivation to get out and work out isn’t easy. Sometimes we just don’t feel the drive to go do it. A great way to find motivation is to follow inspirational and motivational accounts on social media. A great place to start is Instagram. Most females need to cut back on the cardio (including zumba and cardio kick-boxing), get off the BOSU ball, and find a smart workout program that keep them progressing.
Women would benefit from taking advantage of the post-workout period by fueling up with foods that will help them build muscle.
