So by now you have seen decorations at your favorite stores, and you probably already bought your turkey for the feast this Thursday. The holiday season is here and it’s around for a few weeks. About 75 percent of annual weight gain happens during the holiday season. Probably from all of the pie, turkey, ham, and bubbly from dinners and holiday parties. However, as members of the F.I.T.T. It’s time to celebrate another year of transformation and the 3rd anniversary of the F.I.T.T. PIT.
We have accomplished so much this past year, from adding a boxing program to seeing the F.I.T.T. PIT Fam grow beyond expectations. Many of you have been around from the beginning and some are new. This event is a great time for you to network and converse with each other. Also there will be free food and gift bags with fitness products.
We will also have a keynote speaker that will educate and inspire you. Stay tuned — we will update you on Facebook. The speaker will definitely be someone that has a fitness background and can offer you some motivation to start 2016 off on the right track.
Powering through a workout or even just getting the motivation to get out and work out isn’t easy. Sometimes we just don’t feel the drive to go do it.
